Hey all, HELP please?!

So I call my dealer because my wipers are not clearing the front windscreen on the passenger side, so need new wiper blades.

They quote me $75-$80 to install them?!!!! That's parts cost at $25/ea WTF?! Huh? Undecided

I refuse, completely, to pay that for replacement blades.

I've sifted through a bunch of threads on a couple of forums and ppl talk about just replacing the blade not the arm and all that. That is all fine and good and I'm open to anything at this point but where to begin?

Has anyone purchased aftermarket wipers that are real good quality and FIT properly?

pretty please?! Thanks

I replaced my wipers with a set I purchased at Auto Zone.  I can't remember the brand yet they seem to work OK.  The blades come with some clips so as to work on this car.  My next set I will probably purchase at the dealer.  You will pay more at the dealer yet the mounting area (pin) has a cleaner look.

When it comes to replacing the wipers the set-up on these cars is as easy as it gets.  Lift the arm off the window, trun the blade 90 degrees and pull the wiper of the pin.  If you by the wipers at the dealer it will take you one minute to replace both sides.

This was a no brainer and I got myself worked up about nothing.

These were hands down the easiest to change.

Went to Pep Boys, got some Rain-X wipers bing bang, not 5 min later sportin' new wipers and working well.

Thanks for the shout out though!
