I know this has been possibly discussed here about the headlamps, but I want to change the 3157 clear bulbs that are below the turn signals. The OEMs are kinda yellowy and useless compared to the SilverStars I put in my headlamps.
I can't seem to find any Xenon or very bright white clear 3157 bulbs and I dont want to mod anything. Any suggestions?

Thanks Mr. Clarkson, but as Laiora posted her mods on SF the LEDs put out a lower voltage so she needed to wire in a resistor? Also, she took pics showing that she had to completely remove the headlight assy then loosen the light bezel to fit these bulbs in.

Unless these have the resistor built in already, this is not a viable option to me. I don't want to do anything more than change the bulbs and definately am not up to the task of removing the headlamp assy.

Removing the headlamps takes about 10 minutes, and it's not really easy to replace ANY of the bulbs in the headlight without doing it to begin with

I ended up going with the blue 3157 bulbs found in Kraigen Autoparts. $7 after tax. They aren't the best, but it will have to do till I get those nice LED ones + resistors. Also, I wanted I got pulled over for just those parking lights. Testing the waters, you may say.

I was able to remove the parking lights without removing the bumper; just be sure to turn the wheels inward for each side.

Yes that's true. You should not have to remove the entire headlamp assy top get to the bulbs. the outer bulbs (3157) can be accessed thru the access panel in the wheel well.

However, as Laiora posted, the width of the LED's are wider than the OEM 3157 bulb, which would require retrofitting, which requires removal of the entire headlamp assy, then loosening of the socket bezel screws. This means removal of the bumper 1st. :-(

LEDs put out a lower voltage which would mean (a resistor?) would be needed to tell the BC that the bulb is not out, which means more modding. I am not that brave or patient anymore, LOL.
