just an update...bright bulbs are installed.  30 bucks and they're more then decent...really makes me wanna switch to HID's though.  Yellow fog bulbs are in, not installed yet!  H&R springs still on the way (back order) and to top it off, picked up a cone filter for the intake...results like you wouldn't belive.  The K&N apollo filter is useless..there is a plastic cover over it still only letting air hit the one spot.  Mine is exposed and sucks air like you wouldn't belive...pretty much a performance intake now.  Gives it the torque it needs, and revs up like a dream.  Still looking for an opel or vauxhall grille...if anyone knows anyhing please let me know. much appreciated.

I can get anyone any european part they want, including grilles  Thumbs Up

Euro Astra, Did you do a custom cone filter? I have read that a cold air intake on the car tends to screw with the airflow sensor and you get a check engine light on it, could you keep the rest of us updated if that happens (not to use you as a guinea pig, but I'm already planning on changing the interior lighting) Smiley

the only problem with the MAF and the intake is it's very sensitive, and the housing has to be rotated at the proper angle to get good readings

need opinions and any possible info.
With my Astra now lowered will i be able to put 18's without any fender/apron rub?

Might go with 17x8, or even 17x8.5...if it will fit properly with a decently comfortable ride.

Rims i really want: http://www.modbargains.com/images/Products/TSW%20Wheels/TSW_Snetterton_HyperSilver%201.jpg

yes, 18x7.5.

but the width tells you nothing without the offset.

And I run 15mm spacers in the rear, so my wheels are much further out (to where they might be rubbing) than yours would be normally.
